The Charity: STARability Foundation
The mission of the STARability Foundation is “to transform the lives of individuals with disabilities through social, vocational and educational connections to the community, while strengthening awareness and respect for individual abilities.”
The organization was founded in 1983 in Naples, Florida and has grown into the amazing foundation they are today. The professional staff and over 150 volunteers work every day to support over 250 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. For the individuals with these disabilities there is often a void that exists for them after they age out of school services. STARability provides educational activities to engage individuals through teamwork and community involvement to help support them.
Support STARability Foundation by Donating a Car
A simple and easy way you can help support STARability Foundation is by donating you car. Every donation makes a difference and your vehicle donation could raise hundreds or thousands of dollars depending on its value! The great thing about donating a car is any type of vehicle is accepted and towing is fast and free. It can be an old junk car sitting in your driveway that doesn’t even start anymore or a classic car that you don’t want to take care of anymore. No matter the car your vehicle donation is eligible for a tax deduction.
